Dopamine and its receptor DcDop2 are involved in the coevolution between ‘Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus’ and Diaphorina citri
CLas hijacks the DA/DcDop2-miR-31a-AKH-JH signaling cascade to improve D. citri lipid metabolism and fecundity, while simultaneously promoting its replication.

CLas disarms Citrus Defense

· Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus (CLas) effector SDE10 induces Huanglongbing-like symptoms in citrus
· SDE10 inhibits CsXCP2, which positively regulates salicylic acid via dual mechanisms

Likely this- Citrus Greening (Huanglongbing or HLB): Caused by the bacterium Candidatus Liberibacter, this is the most serious citrus disease globally. It attacks the plant's vascular system, causing leaves to yellow, fruit to become lopsided and bitter, and eventually killing the tree. --
