If the CDC did their job in the 80s and actually investigated the outbreaks of "CFS", maybe there would have been warnings of the potential consequences of post acute sequelae. And maybe we'd have treatments too...

Proved by the past 6 years: force people back to work too soon after having Covid = raised chance of them ending up with chronic illness that can force them out of work — only to find that the healthcare and social support systems they've paid taxes into aren't there for them. #fitnote #LondCovid

I've been thinking about this all week. Just what we didn't need at this point in time in the development of science in #IACCs #MEcfs #LondCovid #ChronicLyme I hope we have enough established starting points for researchers and NGOs to carry on these next 4 years.
It’s also important to note that the politicians who are leading the charge on passing Long COVID research funding are progressive Democrats like Bernie Sanders, Ayanna Pressley, and Ilhan Omar.

I've been thinking about this all week. Just what we didn't need at this point in time in the development of science in #IACCs #MEcfs #LondCovid #ChronicLyme I hope we have enough established starting points for researchers and NGOs to carry on these next 4 years.
String of expletives and a bollocks and bugger. My right hand was sore yesterday but it was the fatigue that stopped me doing what needed to be doing. Now I have the fatigue and both hands are in pain. Another wasted day ahead. #RheumatoidArthritis & #LondCOVID absolutely sucks!!

I haven’t tried that re foods because I have so many other food issues outside of #LondCovid & #POTS
But as to #BrainFog I try going through the alphabet to find my words. Might take a while but usually works in the long run 🤷♀️
