USPS changes to postmarked rules which means YOUR vote may not be counted if postmark delayed & is not done before closing of ballots date. Go in and ask for manual postmark. Visual chart of USPS changes to postmarking mail. Used to be same day. Now could be delayed by up to 2 days. If you mail-in vote, go to the counter and request MANUAL postmark to ensure YOUR vote is counted.
