Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) is the new name for the condition previously known as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), which impacts 1 in 8, or more than 170 million women worldwide.

according to genetic studies, the horse is indeed the closest living relative to the bat. DNA analysis has revealed that bats and horses shared a common ancestor much closer in time than, for example, horses and cows.

What is PMOS?
Polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome, or PMOS, is a condition that affects many parts of the body – hormones, metabolism, mental health, skin and the reproductive system. The signs and symptoms of this complex condition often start in the teenage years + continue after menopause.
