I didn't mean PCOS. And I didn't go through a typical puberty – but that was attributed to other causes. So yes, I found out at 26, when I had a pelvic scan for unrelated reasons. And the results were unexpected.

I know plenty of cis women who agonize over having PMOS because they want to be more feminine than the condition sometimes lets them feel. Whereas me, an enby with PMOS, hates that I look so feminine even with the hirsutism. PMOS doesn’t affect at our identity, just our relationship with our body.

that would be incredible actually. my mind went straight to like, non problematic organs and Im blaming being exhausted from the hospital for that. I would also like to yeet whatever would help with PMOS.

I have severe PMOS to the point of having ambiguous anatomy. I’ve always been very self-conscious about my masculine traits.
Only recently did I learn that some consider those with PMOS/PCOS to be under the intersex umbrella. Learning this new info is making me think about things…
