Keila's new template system is going to be awesome. Introducing: MJML templates with content slots. This allows you to keep a consistent layout across multiple campaigns where only certain parts can be edited later. Great for shared workflows.

I'd recommend MJML - it provides a developer-friendly abstraction over all the workarounds that HTML emails require for various clients (Gmail Web, Outlook etc.).
