Why are support cases and feedback threads being closed?

@OpenAI_Support @MarkG — URGENT FOLLOW-UP I am asking for your direct help with Support Case #14347347. I paid for ChatGPT Pro on September 1, 2026, and OpenAI confirmed in writing that my Pro subscription would remain active until October 1, 2026. However, my paid Pro entitlement was removed prematurely around September 4 and my account was changed to Plus. The case has now remained unresolved for approximately one week despite repeated contact with Support. You previously explained in this thread that individual support cases can be sent to the appropriate team. I am therefore asking you specifically to locate Case #14347347 and internally escalate/flag it for urgent human review by the appropriate account-entitlement/billing team. I am not asking you to resolve private billing information publicly. I only need help getting this existing case in front of someone who can actually correct the entitlement. This is now seriously disrupting active commercial software-development work dependent on Pro/Codex access. Please do not redirect me to ordinary Support again — Case #14347347 is already there. I urgently need someone to review and escalate the existing case. Thank you.
