Definitely the native macOS integration. I'm especially excited about making .markasso files feel like a first-class part of the OS, with native file recognition etc... :)

Markasso syncs commands, not shapes: drags are MOVE_ELEMENTS deltas and recolors are APPLY_STYLE patches, so a concurrent recolor never snaps a drag back ;-)
