My linked IG and Threads accounts are suspended. Hackers changed my email, phone, and passwords. How do I file an appeal when I can't log in? @MetaSupport is USELESS.

I attempted to get in touch with #metaSupport only to find it doesn't exist for anyone except their real customers, #dataBrokers. No email addresses, chats, or phone numbers that work. All cut off with no recourse. Even tiny open source projects have support forums or email. This should be illegal.

The issue of sending photos on WhatsApp is currently being resolved as engineers roll out server-side updates to unblock accounts.

Had to tell it to keep providing links re its suggestions and none of them worked. And Report A Problem on FB doesn't appear to addressed user specific needs.

META's big suggestion was to use Twitter (not X) to contact @Metasupport. Only on X.
