I think, if I'd been able to get over my various mental/emotional issues around confrontation and being touched, I used to have the kind of physique where with work I could've done okay as a wrestler.
Especially if how I handled myself in my few elementary/middleschool fights was any indication.

I’m the same but I work as an emerg doc so much easier to manage. I did night shifts only for about 12 years (when my son was in primary school/middleschool so I could be with him) and I have now switched back to my “natural rhythm” of evening shifts only. I go to bed late and sleep in ☺️
