The front part of a dragon. The head, the tongue, the shoulders, & the front feet of a cross stitched stylized dragon. Part of the decorative border is shown too. The pattern is stitched in a floss that is shades of reds on a light cream-colored Aida fabric.

Same as image in the post above - a cross-stitch piece on light tan/brown cloth, the stitches in a nice reddish brown. It depicts a circular design consisting of a stitched circle of stylized leaves and vines circling a t-shaped perch that is waiting for a cranky owl.

I’ve closed the circle! Gonna get the stuff around the edges & do the owl last. This is a really fun piece to stitch. I’m stitching in hand, using the sewing method. This piece is easy and useful (and forgiving!) to learn how to do this.

A bit of cross stitch. A circle encloses some simple stylized leafy branches with a straight line coming up st 6:00, and a horizontal line a bit up. This will be the perch for a grumpy looking stylized owl.

A cross stitched pattern of a stylized dragon. It has a long tail that flips back and forth over its back, so that the end of the tail is just behind the head. The pattern is stitched in a variegated shade of red/orange on cream-colored Aida cloth. Its front paws reach out, its jaws are open and its tongue lolls fiercely.
