Literally moved the whole of my retirement account to a moneymarket savings account a couple weeks ago for at least the short term because of how fucking concerned I am about this IPO, and the planned OpenAI and Anthropic IPOs.

When a deceased CEO or billionaire or other elite is Cli-Re’d, they do so nakeder than the day they were born, shorn of stocks, bonds, moneymarket funds and blue-chip art. Even the value of their name and likeness is divided up across hundreds of possible instances of themselves.

yeah, that's why I moved my 401k out of funds to and into the moneymarket bucket a while back. Zero growth or a tiny bit of interest is better than negative. I feel for the people trying to live off of those funds now.

Same! I don't want to keep it in a moneymarket account forever, but I don't need the additional anxiety of possibly losing my retirement funds but also don't want to even inadvertanly end up funding those fucking ghouls.

What is wrong with parking your investments in a broad US market ETF and suspending your ability to trade out of it while you are in office and three months after you leave? You are invested in the US economy broadly and can't game it. Easy. Otherwise, divest and park it in moneymarket accounts.
