I often post when I’m down about the struggle of being down.

BUT! The utter darkness lifted this week…and I don’t know why or how long (jinks! Haha!). Sometimes the cycle itself saddens me: I am reminded I don’t control it; historically, it comes back.

But I’m here. I’m good today.
