Not all leaves are green. Some nice silver ones here. This Mottlecah (Eucalyptus macrocarpa) was not flowering yet. When it does it will have large scarlet flowers the size of an orange. This one is at the railway station so I'll check it out next time I catch the train.

I'll second the Marri. Often unloved because its not a pretty tree and drops gumnuts all over the place. But I'll give a special mention to E. marcocarpa, the Mottlecah, coz it's unusual and pretty. Gods, there are so many to choose from.
