Der geplante Prosumer-Aufschlag stößt auf viel Kritik. Einhellig positiv werten die Verbände aus der Energiewirtschaft, dass die Netzentgeltbefreiung für Großspeicher erst einmal bleibt. Der Bundesverband Energiespeicher Systeme begrüßt, dass die Behörde Speicher nun klar als Flexibilitätsoption und nicht als klassische Verbraucher einordnet.
