The Dead eat good. During Dia De Los Muertos all kinds of food is brought back.
Pan de Muertos, the sweet orange zest/anise flavored bread of the dead Xocolatl, a chili-spiced hot chocolate. Mukbil Pollo, a slow cooked tamale.
No one MUST eat, but...

Yo la otra vez hice “tacos de canasta” estuve practicando en la vaporera asiática hasta que sentí que ya dominaba la técnica y me pasé a la grande. ¡Espectacular! También el Mukbil Pollo y el quiché de huitlacoche, de rajas y flor de calabaza. Todas opciones de poco tiempo en cocina y sacas 20/20.
