Day 1 of 3 of annual #mathisfun Math Teachers summer camp at NCCAT in mountains of NC. NCCAT is under construction so we met at WCU. In the last session we explored ‘squarable’ numbers (opp. of Mrs Perkins Quilts dissections) & had a fun time w/improv & games. I present tomorrow. #mtbos #iteachmath

I'm a teacher and off for the summer. I just got back from Ocracoke Island on a teacher thing (NCCAT). I plan on making good use of my time and phone. Interesting that Tennessee is advertising quite a bit.

Have you been to the NCCAT campus just across 108 from the WCU entrance? There's a park there with a lake with ducks, turtles, and fish. Bring bread to feed them. Hoss will love it.
