Every one of the networks (ABC, NBC, CBS and even Fox) should be opposed to the Netstar merger. There is too much concentration of local media ownership already. Allowing more will threaten the network's independence. What Sinclair is demanding from Jimmy Kimmel is just the initial warning shot
