Do you know what else is mind blowing? That somehow the American govt can find money to send astronauts into space (and fight illegal wars) yet apparently doesn't have money to feed the hungry, house the homeless, or care for the ill.

Management of the NHS will be brough back under government control by scrapping NHS England and ending the massive levels of administration NHS England causes.
Good move! There are important functions at NHS England, but it's staffing levels are HUGE (especially at higher level).
