Couldn’t help myself. I had to finish this last night bugger the consequences for today. #NeverLookDesperate drew me in with the promise of the appearance of pineapple undies and then left me all emotionally discombobulated. #RachelMatthews

Has anyone got any #COVIDlit #reads they recommend?
Photograph of Rachel Matthews third novel, ‘Never Look Desperate’, a pale peach colour with the title and author in strong black capital letters and the graphic being a grey speech bubble with the three dots one watches is waiting for a response for a text message with the words ‘a novel’ scripted across the bottom middle to right. The book is set against my reading pillow which is currently covered with my white pillowcase featuring two children on various forms of transport including camels and horses.

My blurting of thoughts on #RachelMatthews’ new book, #NeverLookDesperate, wouldn’t fit on Instagram so for the first time in over a year, #ThePloddingHistorian returned to her #Blog to share her thoughts on this #GoodRead. I’m into Aussie #COVIDlit at the mo. Recommendations appreciated. #BlogPost
