Another difficulty in all of this is the fact that, if you're in one of the US's Orwellianly named "single party consent" states, then, legally, only the person Doing the recording has to "consent."

Yeah, since this all involves the legality of renaming the center due to a pre-existing law that created the center in the first place, wouldn't that nullify the by-law anyway? It has never *legally* been called the DJT KC, so a by-law clinging to it by name should be void, as well. #NotALawyer 😆
