Is Melania “OfTwat” or “OfTaco” now? 🤭🤭

We need a new Regulator called OfTwat❗️👇🏼

Which would regulate Ofwat, Ofcom, Ofgem etc

And fire them (AKA OfFcuk) for abusing their position and not protecting the public’s interests and hire in people with integrity who serve 🤷🏼‍♂️

Public ownership asap the moronic OFtWat are not fit for purpose
Serious water pollution incidents up 60% in England, Environment Agency says

I say it’s time to sack everyone at senior level in OFWAT and put new people in who have some teeth to shake the industry up❗️

As currently, drinking water & runs down the drain from leaks, and shit pollute rivers & coast🤬
Serious water pollution in England up 60%, government says
Last year had the highest number of pollution events by water companies ever recorded.

Anybody thought of reporting Nigel Farage to OfTwat?
April 23, 2025 at 10:08 AM
I blame Oftwat.
April 30, 2024 at 10:30 AM
Due to the total failure to regulate
the water companies, Ofwat is to be
rebranded as Oftwat.

England govt & regulators broke the law by being too lenient on sewage dumping water companies, says environment watchdog.

They protect companies and capital, not people.

Water companies have 1,100 criminal convictions, still allowed to control industry.

Government has broken the law on sewage, says watchdog
The OEP has ruled that it allowed excessive sewage into England's rivers and seas.

Ofcom, Oftwat is there any Ofxxx that is fit for purpose or should they F of?

One can only conclude they're either incompetent or co-conspirators.
Like Oftwat.

OFTWAT can F*ck off!

If we're going to replace Ofwat with a new regulator, then perhaps Ofwat could refocus its mission. Call it Oftwat (hey, it just needs adding one letter to the logo) and have it preside over things like placing guillotines on Tube platforms to deal with people not using headphones.
With lots of talk about the future of Ofwat, the economic regulator for the water and sewage sectors in England and Wales, why not check out our explainer on what Ofwat does, how it is structured and the problems it is grappling with www.instituteforgovernment.org.uk/explainer/of...

Ofwat is the economic regulator for the water and sewage sectors in England and Wales. But how does it work?

OFTWAT strikes again!

Let it fold and be renationalised at zero cost to the taxpayer.

Thames Water are an absolute disgrace and I wish them a speedy bankruptcy.

There's no way this guy – finance chief, Steve Buck – should be getting a £1m "Golden Hello".

Help get this petition – which will undoubtably be ignored by OfTwat – to 200k signatures.
Thames Water: Put customers before bosses
£1 MILLION. That’s what Thames Water has handed its new finance chief while customers face rising bills, the company drowns in debt and they dump sewage into our waterways 😡 Sign the petition demandin...

When I see Ofwat, I read it as Oftwat and I think therein lies the problem.

Oftwat need to be rebuked severely for allowing decades of this daylight robbery. Renationalise water now.
December 20, 2024 at 8:03 AM
We need a special official regulator for Farage and his ilk, with legal powers to prosecute. I think I would call it OFTWAT.
June 7, 2026 at 1:14 PM
And as for Oftwat, well, just look at the Cabinet.
October 17, 2023 at 3:58 PM
The demise of the industry watchdog Ofwat.
To be replaced by Oftwat, the industry
