Yeeeeeeeeees, this is using your celebrity correctly! For any other global Billboard all-kill groups, if you are from South Korea and are NOT leveraging your fame to buy out the 12-seat Korean restaurant that serves one thing and has a months-long waiting list, take notes. BTS knows how it’s done.
Had an amazing bowl of pork broth at Okdongsik in Bayside, Queens. A really lovely lunch on a gloomy day.

(I did not put Okdongsik on my list of recommendations for BTS, because we know for a fact that multiple of them were as equally hooked on Culinary Class Wars as I was, so of course it was already on their list. It does my heart good to see them nerd out there as much as I would.)

I wish there was an Okdongsik in Jersey City; a small bar where I can just sit and slurp a bowl of Korean gomtang during the coldest of cold days. I don’t mind going to Koreatown in NYC, but I’d rather just bike around my neighborhood to get it. #ciaeatsnyc
