What's the cold silken tofu and rice dish that you make? I've had hiyayakko many times, but it was just a block of cold silken tofu with fresh grated ginger and green onions. It's typically topped bonito flakes, also, but I left that off because vegan lol

My grocery stores haven’t had clean (not rotting or covered in bugs) potatoes or onions in weeks. Carrots have been highly suspect. The berries and fruits have had nationwide issues. We’ve swapped to canned or frozen foods for now, but gods I hate this so much.
