This may be super anecdotal but there seems to be a small subset of patients with #PBC who are exquisitely responsive to #ocaliva I saw a patient today who went from an alkphos of 760 to 130 in 2 months. @AutoImmuneLiver #livertwitter @PBCers @PBCFoundation
