Le grandi conquiste sociali degli anni 70 sono state ottenute collettivamente, per lo piu grazie al PC, il PSI, PDSI,... poi i primi attivisti performativi vollero metterci il cappello, facendoli diventare successi individuali,non di milioni di volontari. Da allora non si é piu ottenuto un granché.

The US drought monitoring program is a long-term, very robust set of data and analyses. The Palmer Drought Severity Index (PDSI) is a good long-term tool for plant growth. The current PDSI is not consistent with your assertions. There is plenty of other data at drought.unl.edu that you can explore.
