Talent Agency basically told fightful the roster just fucked themselves by taking the paycuts

A lot of the biomedical research staff at UMB had to take 10% paycuts due to the state deficit but you found money for this?

WWE is an awful, terrible company. But at some point, the fed-pilled talent must take some responsibility. They underpay because they can. When huge stars like Stephanie Vaquer & Mariah May take big paycuts to leave AEW, I can't blame WWE.

oh hey, relatable! love to get successive paycuts that affect my livelihood through no fault of my own!

The Washington Immigrant Solidarity Network (WAISN) laid off 14 workers today.

The org's cited financial hardships recently, yet it's leadership refuses to take paycuts.

There are now no hotline organizers or rapid response organizers.

Why do you think WWE started slashing payroll & asking veterans on big deals to take paycuts??? People acting like it's business as usual for them. It is not.

WWE will try to rat fuck you if you work for them. It is a fact of life and why it makes it so flabbergasting people will take paycuts for them. If you have an equal offer anywhere else it is actually a better offer.
Since WWE's trying to exploit PAC's death, it's time to talk about this: Remember how PAC suddenly had visa issues when AEW started? That's because, when the AEW trademarks were filed, WWE called USCIS to claim he walked out on his visa. After leaving him alone for a year and giving him his release.

You heard right. Paycuts and minimums reduced. Except for two

Once you realize all WWE-led attacks on AEW are projection, everything becomes much clearer. Add "loss of Saudi money" to this list & WWE might be in legitimate trouble. They werent asking wrestlers to take paycuts on a whim.
I believe this "AEW won't find a deal" nonsense is starting because WWE has burned so many bridges they'll have nowhere to go when Netflix opts out of Raw halfway through the deal. Fox & ESPN hate them. NBC dumped them. Amazon has AEW. The NXT ppvs received *no* offers on the open market.

It's an era where corporate bosses can't stop gloating about how many jobs they're planning to destroy and how many paycuts they plan on imposing on the surviving workers:

So that WBD dropping AEW story was floated to spook the talent into taking paycuts right?

There needs to be a chart of just how much money was spent by the major publishers chasing the live-service goose on cancelled games, and the leadership of those publishers should have to take paycuts equal to the money spent if they closed any of those studios.

It's funny because most of us took paycuts, not a bribe, when Covid hit 🙄

Was that his response to the 50% wwe paycuts and zero womens matches on raw?

If Cricket Australia found themselves in the exact same situation (paycuts, cancelling comps, shortening contracts), would it also be completely ignored by the BBC, Sky Sports, the Cricketer, the Guardian, the Times and the Telegraph?

So awesome to get emails from our president telling us we have to all take paycuts or the university will close. Anyway, yes, by all means "invest" in AI...
It’s infuriating to watch university after university spend *millions* of dollars on this junk, while freezing staff and faculty pay and downsizing workforces or eliminating entire departments altogether.
Call me controversial, but technology that leads vulnerable people into crisis and even holds their hand as they die by suicide should not be endorsed by schools and universities, we should not be giving discounted subscriptions to this monstrous tech to young people AT ALL

I heard that everyone took paycuts. She refused to take a cut in her minimums and that was agreed upon.

Her lil fans are saying that she didn't take a paycut. That's fine, we'll roll with that.

Everyone got paycuts except SB and LW. Have at it!
Wait you're saying she didn't take the pay cut as well as refused to have minimums lowered????

also a lot of laid off devs are taking paycuts at other studios just to continue to have a job. the problem at the end of the day is not developers themselves

Without AEW, these WWE paycuts would have happened years ago.

Still looking forward to the "fed bad" bootlickers to say how it's good to cut costs because wrestlers get paid "so much"

Note: wrestlers get paid 10 to 15% of revenue while football, baseball, etc get paid 50% and more.

I'm sure they didn't see any paycuts.

Wait WWE is asking wrestlers to take 50% paycuts?

Who the fuck do they think is earning the money in a wrestling promotion?!

someone needs to tell the entire 60 minutes crew they can have a home without Ellison and Weiss. Can MSNOW turn itself into a big enough success to take them on ?(they WILL have to take paycuts, I assume...)
