I don’t like the title or AI art but as a fellow comprehensively certified Classical Pilates instructor, I agree with a lot of what he says:
“If the person has poor movement mechanics, the additional resistance may simply reinforce those mechanics.
You can make dysfunction stronger.”

I don’t like the title or AI art but as a fellow comprehensively certified Classical Pilates instructor, I agree with a lot of what he says:

I took Pilates from a 75yo who had trained with Pilates himself after an extreme ballet injury in her youth. Working with her made me very aware of how terrible so much Pilates teaching is, particularly amongst this new boom.
