This ¶ is remarkable. 1st, much of Rudy's content was IN HAND before J6C started in earnest. 2nd, (pre-Jack Smith) DOJ had a slightly different focus than J6C; it wasn't all derivative. 3rd, poor Will doesn't mention that J6C delayed CRIMINAL CASE for 3-7 months. 4th, SCOTUS MADE ITS DELAY.
