Did you know pronatalist policies have been tried throughout history & they're almost always huge failures & huge wastes of government resources? Not that making childbearing & parenting more affordable isn't a laudable goal. But if the goal is increased fertility, pronatalist policies don't work.
This is a great book for anyone interested in a cross-national history of thinking & policy regarding population size and specifically birth rates. Scandalously awful pricing on this, sadly (over $60.00 on Amazon and $73.00 at OUP website). I got pdfs via my library.

To be clear: I have never seen a non-sexist pronatalist argument, because I have never seen a pronatalist argument that does not treat women's bodies as instruments for other people's agendas, and I have never seen a pronatalist argument that treats childless women as moral equals.
