What a learning day today: Saw my first pyrocarbon hemi with ream & run glenoid. Custom jigs to correct deformity:

Saw the second and third pyrocarbon shoulder hemis to ever be implanted in Oz. New implants for difficult situations.

Time will tell if pyrocarbon shoulders have clinical wear rates similar to the lab.
