رفتم qEEG دادم از مغزم، نورولوژیست درجا rTMS و ارجاع به روانپزشک نوشت. میگم همین؟ سخنی، توضیحی؟ عین بز نگاهم میکنه.
با بدبختی ریپورت qEEG رو گرفتم، الان خوندم دیدم سه تا از شبکه های مغزم overactivity شدید داره!

I did EMDR therapy for a few years and my therapist also blended with CBT/talk therapy - it was worthwhile. qEEG brain therapy helped me the most with some panic/ptsd issues I had. Binaural beats and meditation (Headspace app) are also extremely useful. ❤️
