I usually prefer to design with content, as close as possible in size and structure to the real one. But, it's not always possible.

4. Bethesda tries to band-aid this issue by introducing bots that would quickfill the servers while it kept searching for players. It still took far too long to get into a match, kicked you out to the messy main menu once a round ended, and now you weren't even playing against humans.
