What's New in RC33
The short version: RC33 fixes the bugs found after RC32, keeps the same testnet23, and makes DigiDollar mint/transfer/redeem/oracle behavior much harder to break before the next public testnet push.

Day 4 of the RC33 conference saw another stream of conference papers, as well as a presentation on LLMs from Susan Halford and Les Carr, and a session on 'Qualitative Multimodal Approaches' where Beckie Coleman presented a paper.
