Rad Power Bikes stopped messing around and came through, which is great as my warranty is only a month or two from running out.

Radwagon 4 (2yrs old, daily use).
Intermittent power failure (like 3 or 4 seconds) initially, now display (eggrider) shows a voltage drop from 54v to 21v in like ten seconds, then doesn't bother to turn on at all.

Excellent idea. I secure my granddaughters bike to the cargo cage (caboose) on my RadWagon4 on the way home.

True story. Got laid off in 2022, had unemployment but not enough to make car payments or insurance. Luckily I had neither, instead owning a Radwagon4 cargo e-bike. TLDR: I was able to stay in my apartment & make ends meet until I found another job on the benefits I qualified for.

It finally stopped raining which meant I was itching to go for a ride on the cargo bike.
A free birthday drink at Starbucks and a prescription that had to be picked up turned out to be the perfect excuse.
We bundled up, turned on the Christmas tunes, and sang our hearts out. A great night.

My kid’s bike is now too large to sketchily strap to the large basket on the front of my RadWagon4. @lauragmitchell.com do you think the Bunch haul straps would work to attach it to the caboose so I can tow it on its back wheel next to/behind me? Would appreciate the advice if you have time!

I have the RadWagon4 and I LOVE it. It hauls both my kids plus a couple bags of groceries easily. If I had just one kid, I’d probably get the RadRunner Plus for easier maneuvering. www.radpowerbikes.com/collections/...
Rad was REALLY good and proactive when they did the tire/rim strip recall on RadWagon4 a few years ago. I would hope they would still try to do the right thing, even if the writing is on the wall for their future.
