Coincidentally, a MLS group/key tree would fit nicely into enabling private BlueSky accounts 👀
Private accounts would have a DID, key pair, and private circle. Encrypt post content with that. Accepted followers update the tree state to rekey. Removed members also force rekey op and forward secret

I edit as I go along and when I'm done typing I'm also done editing. It's the same amount of editing as doing drafts, just rolled into the production of the text. You can do that when you work on a computer and don't have to rekey the entire work.
I find this very interesting. Do you edit the entire work before you submit? How many times do you think you've read it before you submit?

You can also ask the locksmith to rekey the locks in a way that makes them harder to "bump."

bc our truck is newish (10 years old), it has keys with NFC chips in them
and the mfr doesn’t want to let anyone rekey a truck
so after he figured out the key shape and had his laser cutter carve it (it’s an internal groove), he had to use a device to hack my truck via a parallel port!

Today I learned how to manually rekey a Weiser Smartkey deadbolt by disassembling the lock core and resetting the little code sliders.

I, for one, have seen the tools and skills it takes to decode the sliders in a Kwikset smart rekey lock and determined "ya know, only someone who is a locksmith with the appropriate decoding tools or has a reason to target me specifically is going to bother with this" and that's enough.
