Morning #RunningPunks. Mixing up routes again for a bit of variety. Left knee got a bit twingey, so eased up in the final third. The ankle-breaker rutted riverpath probably didn’t help. Fierce tunes from The Scratch - Pull Like A Dog 🤘

Storm Darragh has been shutting down all the ParkRuns, so I decided to get out there and face it head-on. Unfortunately it turned out to be very literally head-on as the first 3 miles out along the muddy riverpath were brutally into the wind. Still, got it done #runningpunks 🤘
