I thought "I know the SecD can convene a court-martial but I don't think he can cancel one that hasn't happened yet" so I looked up the UCMJ and holy shit the U.S. Secretary of Defense can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, to anyone in the military he wants.

Also an interesting twist to this is, that new finnish Sisu Defence GTT tracked vehicle launched at SecD-day is based on platform design by a singaporean company ST Kinetics.
While I’m sure decisions have been made long before, the company can now congratulate themselves for not choosing US partner.
