An MP9 form factor of pistol with the single pin rear cap, the handguard, the safety and lower receiver, but with aesthetic touches that are closer to an MP40, especially around the mag well and on the side of the receiver. It's short, and ambi, and uses Glock mags, I'm not sure I have a strong opinion about it's utility outside of the aesthetics. This right here shows the opposite side which highlights both the ambidextrous safety and a charging handle hole to move the handle to the other side. The gun shown off at shotshow. It's in someone's hands and the background is the floor of shotshow at an angle with people and booths and a lot of blue carpet. Properly kitted with a 30 round magazine and a brace on the back it does have a lot of utility. That said I have zero experience with one and cannot recommend one. I will say it looks more interesting kitted out, especially here where it's posed against a storage container in a beauty shot.
