Are we on the cusp of another pandemic? I am hopeful this is taken very very seriously on the 5 year anniversary date of SARSCovid2 being announced.
We'll see how accurate that is. They got so much about SARScovid2 wrong and are still trying to figure out long covid.

They have abandoned public health and infection control, nearly totally for SarsCovid2. As a retired dr I now live in a different paradigm. Even my dentist won’t mask because of RQIA guidelines.

SarsCOVID2 is the only virus we can catch w/certainty, for which we don’t know the long term effects. A bad outcome seems possible tho not likely. Experts don’t know yet. But bad long term outcomes have surprised us b4: HIV, post polio syndrome, HPV, SpanishFlu. The long run doesn’t always work out
