With an overwhelm of papers, I don’t think this really helps, even though it sounds intuitively right.

Was hopeful about this in first glance, however a recent Reddit post claims to beat this for prefill t/s, and come a close second for output t/s using plain llama.cpp, specific hw features, and a novel layer allocation split.
