#ShortsInTheFeed
The other day I posted this story to your #FlashInTheFeed even though it's longer than a flash. So for situations like this, I'm proposing a new hashtag: #ShortsInTheFeed ! Who's with me?

Oh, this one's fun! With an ending I didn't seem coming... though maybe I should have? #ShortsInTheFeed by Noreen Graf, out today from @mrbullbull.bsky.social
"The other time they just let her go because only one other student claimed Pamela pushed the Barbie look-alike into an oncoming car. No one believed the snitch because she was an attention-seeking Goth girl with purple-and-black hair." - Noreen Graf mrbullbull.com/newbull/fict...

What I love about @turnandwork.com 's Shortlist posts is that they keep introducing me to writers I've never heard of. In this case, I've only heard of one of the writers on the list. I'm so looking forward to discovering all of the others!

Rebecca Burton Magical thinking, though it feels instinctual. In one part of her brain she knows it isn’t rational but in another part it seems completely logical, the truest logic she knows.

I first read this story in '98 or '99 in Storyteller Magazine. I have long since lost my copy of that issue, but never forgot "I wasted the Clantons." Something my husband and I still say to each other.

I finished off the Clanton Gang just before teatime. Ike was the last of them -- a dastardly devil if ever there was one. Him and me shot it out on a dog day afternoon on Tombstone
