Sky just notified me of a 10% increase in the monthly cost for SkySportNow to $54.99/month from $49.99/month. That’s my $50 threshold breached after a bill shock of 5 times the inflation rate, so I’ve cancelled.

Anyone who bought the 4K “upgrade” of SkySportNow just for the Ashes must be feeling like they’re getting value for money now.

SkySportNow might be SkySportNo.

Only had to restart the stream three times on SkySportNow. Maybe they’ve learnt from TVNZ+ that if you fuck it up enough eventually we give up. And come to their houses with ballistic weapons.

Fair.

Le Tour
F1
Premier League

the only reasons I still have sky.

Moving to SkySportNow next month.

Anyone use the SkyPod set up in NZ?

Mother-in-law (on really fast wifi) is using SkySport Now & it's like trying to watch live sport on dial-up.

It's 100% unacceptable to go on forums & everyone is like 'oh yeah SkySportNow is unusable'. What a scam.

So thinking about switching her over.

Cheers

I know the media is having a hard time and we should cut them some slack but is there a more disgraceful company in NZ than Sky? Once again, no full replay of a game on SkySportNow and too far back to rewind. And this is their customer service response.

FYI @skysportnz my skysportnow connection was pixelated throughout the test from Australia. Please rectify for next week. Thanks in advance.

How is it possible that the SkySportNow app is still complete shit?
