Thank you for sharing this. It's weird sometimes where one finds slivers of hope. The fact that a small, independent group of creatives can prosper while being genuine and kind is an important sliver for me.

It locked really pretty hard considering the spacing was slivers of Amazon packaging board, and only top-bottom. But it would never for a moment have successfully hung upside down.

Aguachile. This is incredible. Sweet, but really, really spicy. Mango, shrimp, habanero, avocado…beautifully balanced, and that heat!

Our roast lamb always has Rosemary bashed into it (along with slivers of garlic). I make crackers & paint a seasoned oil w/bruised Rosemary needles marinated in it. I make a brown butter apple cake that uses Rosemary in the butter browning stage. (Genius)!
