Had a customer inquire about our custom coins. They asked if we had a cancelation policy, I said Yes, explained what it was and why. They promptly said, they couldn't work with me, because of my $150.00 cancelation fee. Then said they would let others know not to use me. #smashingpennies #policy

Just redid my website, want to put up a interactive map, that shows customers where we have sent orders. I don't have much of a budget, which companies have free to reasonably priced heatmaps?
If I can't find one, I will just order a map off Amazon. #smashingpennies #interactivemap #ordertracking
