Your man has a hidden folder of MIDI files he listens to when you’re not around, using an open source but poorly documented software re-implementation of a 1990s soundcard. It’s what he uses his $2000 PC for and he calls it “Dawg Time” in the groupchat.

This is where the magic happens! To give you some perspective, I started this with just $200 barely enough to get a soundcard and a mic. No studio monitors no guitars, nothing. It forced me to choose wisely even though I can afford a lot more now, I still prefer to keep things as simple as possible!
