This made me curious about the situation in Canada, so I looked it up on StatsCan. We're at 68%.
regions in Europe where ≥57.5% of people aged 25–34 have tertiary education. Spain alone has 7 of the 25 regions. Ireland is doing well too. As is Cyprus, Berlin, South of France and Madrid.
