I’m sure you know, but audiophile world is crazy. I never got into many Twitter fights with people who weren’t Nazis, but one of the very few was prominent Stereophile writer/Analog Planet owner Michael Fremer. Dude basically believes in magic and acts like everyone else is stupid for not.

Otherwise, word-if-mouth, reviews in TAS and Stereophile.

Not going to do the NYT and WaPo? Really lean into it and do interviews with niche, old timey, obscure, or trade mags like Popular Mechanics, Mildew, Dirty Furniture, Journal of Clincial Peridontology, Weird N.J., Crotch, Catnip, Cranes Today, Stereophile, Ranger Rick…you don’t owe ADHD Sulzberger!
