Unabhängig von den aktuellen News konnte ich heute mit einem AI-Supportbot eines kleineren amerikanischen Softwarelieferanten (nicht GAMAM/BigTech) tatsächlich eine eher komplexe technische Fragestellung Schritt für Schritt lösen. Ich habe fast 20 Minuten gechattet, aber eine Lösung.

I'm not as concerned about AI writing bland music or deepfakes or making paperclips as some people are, but in this moment I am ready to start a revolution to exterminate all useless supportbots.
Supportbot: "I understand that this might be frustrating. If you need specific assistance or if there's anything you would like to discuss with us, please let me know, or I can connect you to a live support agent who can assist you further. Would you like me to do that?" Me: "Connect me with a live support agent."
