I'm told it only effects your bones if you take a consistently high dose.
I take around .296 mcg daily. My labs come back a few points over the high end of normal.
Hashimoto's makes it hard for me to feel decent. It also helps hide my cancer in blood tests (TgAb). It's a real pain in the butt.

You do not want to sleep on this, TGAB is an incredible story. It is largely forgotten now but Webb is a legend of the OG serial community for a reason and the reason is being an amazing writer who wrote an amazing story so go buy this.
